The dark knight the movie, opinions. ?
Opinions on the movie The Dark Knight? Whats your own viewpoint/ review on this movie? What made it great, good, rubbish?
Brillent, the pyrotechnics weren't over or under- done which is common with actions, the set was good, lighting could have been better, Heath Ledger did brillently, sumwhat unsure how i feel about the guy who actually played batman, there was some subtle CGI which was used very well unlike in some actions like hell boy 2, the CGI in it is crap, but the costumes are brillent true to form for the director, The plot was very interesting and compelling, I couldnt take my eyes off the screen, the car chases were good but not the best i've seen. Overall I'd give it a 75/100 on my rating system all cats out of 20, 16 for CGI allthough not alot used and is barely noticeable, 12 for casting, mainly due to Heath Ledger, the full 20 for script absolutely brillent, 16 for camera angles and 11 for lighting, but i have been a little leanent with my grading of this film due to how much i like it. It is a long film but you dont even notice the time go, usually i eat popcorn in about 10 minutes of the film starting onmy own, i was with my aunt and it was near the end of the fim before we'd finnished.
Good Movies??????????

I would sugest anything else with ben stiller if you like one of his films, maybe you would like adam sandler films too. For other comedies I wold suggest There's somthing about Mary and anything else by them directors as they have got to be the two best comedy film makers there are.
If you like things that are sweet but not too gushy i would v highly reccomend The Ultimate gift, it takes a while to get into but is a really good movie and v moving, i v rarely cry at films, i barely cried at titanic and this one got be blubbing at the end. Drew Fuller is really good in this one.
If you like slasher flicks Scream is an absolute must, even if your just a horror fan this one will turn you into a slasher fan its one of the best horrors ever made in my opinion.
The Butterfly Effect is a v good film, highly controversial so if you like films that are outside the box you'll like this, dont be put off by the fact that Ashton Kutcher plays the lead he is actually v serious in this one and acts it brillent. I
f you like action films go for ones produced by Jerry Bruckheimer, in my opinion he is the only guy that does justice to action films for e.g pirates of the carribean and beverly hills cop.
Hope I've helped :)

How must be a interesting movie?

An iteresting movie needs to be believeable and have a good plot and charecters, there must be 1 or 2 funny parts or lines, some sort of action like a fight scene or even a subtle as crepy music, it needs a mystery or mission, somthing to be resolved, romance can be as subtle as a pircing stare that lasts a second, friendship and bravery and a good villan or invisable evil! Also visual effects popular music scenes not too long but create a eeling of suspence, some perfect movies are: pirates of the carribaen, lord of the rings, harry potter 3, holes and oceans 11
Horror movie poll...?
Scream or Friday The 13th (original)
Jason or Freddy
Michael or Jason
Michael or Freddy
Jessica Biel or Amanda Righetti
Wes Craven or Eli Roth
Hostel or Saw
Rob Zombie or John Carpenter
Jodie Foster or Anthony Hopkins

(my answer to this)Scream DEFINATELY, the original Friday the 13th is basically like a kids dont do this or u'll get killed film and tbh it shows little and is boring and dull, where as Scream is suprising, funny and the killer is soo obvious it makes u think it CANT be Billy so making it even more of a shock when it is! Also the death scenes are good, and it is BRILLENTLY cast, Randy seems to act as the writers voice to his fans in this film saying "the rules" also i love the touch of having the Janitor in sort of Freddy Krueger type uniform and actually being called Freddy (coz it references Nightmare on Elm street written of course by Wes Craven director of Scream). The re-make of Friday the 13th is good though, however i would still say Scream over that even
For me its GOTA be Freddy, the films are just better (- number 2) and the idea of someone that stalks your dreams is just brillent, never dying because the victims MAKE him exist through their fear, its simply brillent, where as the killer which kills with a pointy object and never seems to die has been done a BILLION times over and is a lot less scary.
Jason, Michael Myers is OK but the films are just soo predictable and idk i just dont like Michael. Jason is iconic, yes most of the films are crap yet he still more iconic than Michael, and the hocky mask is just cooler than the odd mask Michael has
Freddy-he just RULES
r u kidding?? fine out of them Jessica Biel
hmm oh thats a tough one...NOT, Its GOTA be Wes, he used SOO many things that changed film, the harsh colours in NOES i havent seen such harsh colours used and i havent seen the particular colours for fear scenes before he started to use them he invented, or at least furthered the concept what i like to call the "fear colour". Also he wrote and directed LOADS more sucessful films than Eli with better plots, crepier scenes, scarier killers and more original and iconic ideas. Yes Eli does have some hits but he is fairly new to the game in comparison and i've seen things like Cabin Fever and Hostel before those films the ideas have been used before, though Eli does them better he is still nowhere near Wes Craven, though i must say Craven pisses me off lately Scream 3 was a NO NO and now he is going for number 4 tut tut
Well the first Saw is a little slow and not gory enough for me, so Hostel for the originals however the Saw SERIES trumps Hostel 1and 2 by far, its cleaver, interesting and when you think you know it all things turn on its head. It is V smart, often V well cast and dispite there being 5 so far they are still popular, good and there is some demand for more of them
Hmmmmmmmm, now u ask a difficult one. Rob Zombie is a legend with a MASSIVE fan base, he is brillent and he is a darn good singer too, he is a lil creepy with his films but thats what they are all about! Odd strange, creepy and wacky with dark humour. Though he hasnt made/written many films the ones he has are iconic and V well known. Hmm, for horror i would probably have to say Zombie for reasons above, HOWEVER as an overall director i would say John Carpenter, i like his directing style, his films have good stories and keep u captivated throughout though they arent scary, for e.g Vampires is a V good film, interesting, compelling, has a lot of action n stunts in the film, well cast, yet it isnt scary so i cannot say him above Zombie for horror.
hmm well tbh, Hopkins though v menacing i find v annoying, and i find some of his films..dull (please dont bring on the masses of angry fans this is just my personal opinion) he has a LOT of films and v credited..possibly OVER-credited for some of his work like Silence of the Lambs. Where as Jodi Foster is also slightly annoying and over credited i find she draws my attention more, though she ALLWAYS acts all scared and suprised which puts me off her. Overal i would say Jodi mostly coz of Contact is a V good film and I feel she does V well in that alone, however for horror because of his air of menace how could i NOT chose Antony Hopkins? he is a legend, though not my favourite by any means
